Similar to the results described above, the tumors transferred with Ubc9–/– macrophages were characterized by attenuated growth rate (Figure 5B) and smaller size (Figure 5, C and D), coupled with repressed tumor cell proliferation (Supplemental Figure 4A) and increased apoptosis (Supplemental Figure 4B) along with enhanced CD45+ immune cell infiltration (Supplemental Figure 4C).
