To understand the mechanism of SULF1-mediated inhibitory effects on the tumorigenesis of chondrosarcoma cell lines, the unbiased RTK antibody array was performed and revealed that several phosphorylation of RTKs were decreased in SULF1 overexpression cell lines, with the largest fold decreases in cMET, and followed by ALK and TIE2 (Figure 4A and B). This evidence concerns the gene SULF1 and chondrosarcoma.
