Of the patients with neonatal MN, 8 (80%) were male, with a mean age of 50.0 years, of whom 9 (90%) had nephrotic syndrome; the patients' 24 h urine protein quantification and serum creatinine were significantly elevated, and eGFR decreased significantly, with statistically significant differences compared to the PMN group (p < 0.05); the differences in serum albumin and anti-PLA2R antibody levels were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The gene discussed is ALB; the disease is nephrotic syndrome.
