In addition, univariate analysis of OS showed that older age (>70 years, HR = 3.90, 95% CI 2.244–13.571, p < 0.001), presence of anemia (Hb <12 g/dL, HR = 2.36, 95% CI 1.651–11.584, p = 0.028), prior thrombosis history (HR = 4.85, 95% CI 2.561–27.884, p < 0.001), and high LDH levels (HR = 1.92, 95% CI 1.993–16.232, p = 0.019) were associated with worse OS in the present cohort. Here, GSTM1 is linked to Venous thrombosis.
