We found that knockdown of DPYSL2 suppressed the growth of three AML cell lines (MV4‐11, MOLM13, and THP‐1 cells) (Figure 3C, D and Figure S3C,D) and induced apoptosis in MV4‐11 and MOLM13 cells (Figure 3E, F). The gene discussed is DPYSL2; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
