Prior research demonstrated that miR-433 is weakly expressed in CRC, and miR-433 overexpression could inhibit CRC cell malignant proliferation.15 The binding relationship between lncRNA IGFL2-AS1 and miR-433-3p was further testified via the RIP and dual-luciferase reporter gene assays (P  < .05, Figure 3C-D).
