IGFL2 and colorectal carcinoma: Prior studies have evidenced that lncRNA IGFL2-AS1 could function as a ceRNA in gastric cancer.8,10 Through the lncLocator database and nuclear/cytosol fractionation assay, we validated that lncRNA IGFL2-AS1 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of HCT116 cells, suggesting that lncRNA IGFL2-AS1 could play a role as a ceRNA in CRC.
