ENO1 and neoplasm: Thus, ENO1 expression was found to be significantly associated with lymph node invasion (P =0.001), nerve invasion (P<0.05), vascular invasion (P<0.05), and TNM staging (P = 0.001, Table 1), whereas variables such as age, gender, tumor size, tumor location, or degree of differentiation were not considered to have much association with ENO1 expression (P > 0.05; Table 1).
