Wogonin may enhance the sensitivity of gemcitabine in pancreatic cancer by inhibiting AKT2, CCL2, HSP90AA1, PDE5A, or activating PTGS1, BCHE, SERPINB5, CA2, SRC, DGKA, HIF1A, PTGS2, ABCA1, DPYD and AKR1C3 (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene AKR1C3 and pancreatic neoplasm.
