Furthermore, analysis of pan-cancer using the CPTAC datasets showed that the protein expression of IMPDH1 was also higher in tumor tissues than in normal tissues in breast cancer, colon cancer, ovarian cancer, clear cell renal cell carcinomas, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, head and neck cancer, glioblastoma, and liver cancer (Figure 1D). This evidence concerns the gene IMPDH1 and breast carcinoma.
