By analyzing the signature score in tumor microenvironment of HCC, it could be clearly seen that the infiltrating CD8+T lymphocytes and immune checkpoint in the tumor microenvironment with high expression of IMPDH1 were significantly increased (Figure 11A), and the infiltration score also increased due to the high expression of IMPDH1 (Figure 11B). The gene discussed is IMPDH1; the disease is neoplasm.
