PCAT14 and Brugada syndrome: The human endogenous retrovirus K (HERV-K) genomes were assembled and explored in two potential integration loci of HERV-K, namely the "neuroblastoma breakpoint genes family (NBPF)" gene family and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) "PCAT14", which are related to Brugada syndrome from WGS data of an individual Thai patient with Brugada syndrome and a control volunteer.
