Rezivertinib is one of the novel third-generation EGFR TKIs; the phase IIa study results were consistent with the previous phase I study [17] and further verified by the results of the phase IIb study (n = 226) which investigated the efficacy and safety of rezivertinib in patients with locally advanced or metastatic/recurrent EGFR T790M mutated NSCLC, including treatment-naïve patients and EGFR TKI previously treated patients [18]. The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
