The results indicated that TNF-α (OR = 1.72; 95% CI: 1.18, 2.50; p = 0.005) and IL-6 (OR = 4.80; 95% CI: 2.02, 11.37; p < 0.001) were positively correlated with the DepS risk in the breast cancer patients, while no significant associations were found between CRP, IL-1β and DepS risk (p > 0.05, Table 5). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and breast carcinoma.
