To further demonstrate the involvement of CHI3L1 and the AKT signaling pathways in ebractenoid F-induced lung cancer cell growth inhibition and apoptosis, we compared the effects of combination treatment with ebractenoid F and the AKT inhibitor LY294002 and treatment with ebractenoid F or the AKT inhibitor alone.
