In 96 patients with previously treated EGFR ex20ins+ NSCLC in the EXCLAIM extension cohort of the same study, mobocertinib treatment resulted in a confirmed ORR of 25%, a median DoR not yet reached at the time of the analysis, and a median PFS of 7.3 months per IRC assessments, with median OS not yet reached, and a confirmed ORR of 32%, a median DoR of 11.2 months, and a median PFS of 7.3 months per investigator assessments [10].
