YTHDF2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Negative correlations between the miR-145 level and YTHDF2 mRNA expression were observed in hepatocellular carcinoma [105] and epithelial ovarian cancer cells [106], and further detecting results showed that miR-145 decreased the luciferase activities of 3′-UTR of YTHDF2 mRNA, implicating that YTHDF2 is the direct target gene of miR-145 [105,106].
