To further confirm the downstream gene of APOA4 in AH, we employed molecular Biotechnology (western blot, ELISA kit, and flow cytometry) to detect the effect of CIDEC in AML-12 cells and AH tissues, and results showed CIDEC was up-regulated in ETOH-treated liver cells and positively correlated with APOA4 in AH. This evidence concerns the gene APOA4 and acute myeloid leukemia.
