In studies conducted in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) models, it was observed that treatment with quercetin for 48 h at a concentration of 50 μM, decreased the levels of histone deacetylase 4 (HDAC4), Nrf2 and phosphoro-Nrf-2 (p-Nrf2). Here, HDAC4 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
