Eph receptor A10 (EphA10) gene has been found hypomethylated in PCa by us and Nagano et al., who reported that it is overexpressed in breast cancer and PCa, and its targeting with an anti-EphA10 mAb results in cytotoxicity in EphA10 positive PCa cells [40]. This evidence concerns the gene EPHA10 and breast carcinoma.
