The overexpression of several target genes and pathways, such as Liver Kinase B1 (LKB1), HMGA2, Wnt-β-catenin signaling pathway, and tensin 4 (TNS4) has been attributed to the downregulation of miR-150 and can lead to NSCLC tumor progression and metastasis [36,37,38]. This evidence concerns the gene HMGA2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
