Indeed, BLACAT1, CASC8, HCP5, LINC-PINT, SNHG1, SNHG9, SNHG12, and SPRY4-IT1 were detected as MAPK-promoted lncRNAs, and NEAT1, PSMB8-AS1, THAP9-AS1, and TP53TG1 were detected as MAPK-inhibited lncRNAs reported to be involved in pancreatic cancer [39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51].
