The condition of proven BCR and negative PSMA-PET might be related to the presence of micro-metastatic disease not detectable by molecular imaging, which may achieve optimal oncologic outcomes with conventional salvage treatments (i.e., conventional salvage RT), or less aggressive recurrent disease even suitable for observation in selected cases, due to the lower risk of adverse oncologic outcomes. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is metastatic neoplasm.
