According to log2|FC| being greater than 1 and the delta-beta value being greater than 0.1 or lower than -0.1, we selected CYP1B1, DIO1, FABP3 and SERINC2 as potential tumor-promoting genes through metabolic reprogramming, as the intersection of metabolism pathway related genes (https://pathcards.genecards.org/Card/metabolism, accessed on 28 October 2022) and the genes with significant differential methylation and expression (Figure 4A, Tables S4 and S5).
