We generated EZH2 signatures (genes co-expressed with EZH2 with a R > 0.6, p < 0.001, by Spearman correlation analysis) from various cancers (neuroblastoma, glioblastoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, and ovarian cancer) and then generated a common EZH2 co-expression signature composed of 27 genes that is shared by all these cancers (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and neuroblastoma.
