As the high expression levels of S100A2/10 both indicated worse RFS and worse OS in PDAC patients, the correlation analyses between the expression levels of S100A2/10 and tumor grade/stage in PDAC patients were further performed in the UALCAN database, and we found that the expression level of S100A10 was not only correlated with tumor grade (p < 0.05) (Figure 1D), but also tumor stage (p = 0.0015) (Figure 1E), while S100A2 was only associated with tumor grade (p < 0.05) (Figure S1C,D).
