ANXA2 and colorectal adenocarcinoma: Choi KS et al. [24] reported that the depletion of S100A10 significantly reduced the lung metastases of fibrosarcoma cells in vivo, while Zhang et al. [25] revealed that stable suppression of S100A10 in colorectal adenocarcinoma CCL-222 cells without ANXA2 expression resulted in a complete loss of plasminogen-dependent invasiveness.
