The KEGG pathway of hub genes of M1 module included “Protein digestion and absorption”, “ECM receptor interaction”, “Focal adhesion”, “Complement and coagulation”, “AGE-RAGE pathway”, “PI3K signaling” and “pathway in cancer” (Figure 5g and Table S15), while “Focal adhesion”, “Tight junction”, “Cell adhesion molecules”, “Adhesion junction” and “AGE-RAGE” pathways were involved in M2 module (Figure 5h and Table S16). The gene discussed is PIK3CA; the disease is cancer.
