Both fold changes (CRC/HC = 2.66, 4.16 and 1.93 for CD59, ADAM10 and TSPAN9, respectively) and AUC values (0.85, 0.96 and 0.86 for ADAM10, CD59 and TSPAN9, respectively) represented significant increases, indicating high diagnostic ability in early-stage CRC patients (Table S10). This evidence concerns the gene TSPAN9 and colorectal carcinoma.
