A comparison of the levels of the 13 targets between HCs and CRC patients showed that 10 targets (ADAM10, ALCAM, APMAP, ART4, CD58, CD59, ICAM3, ITGAM, RHAG and TSPAN9) were significantly (p < 0.05) upregulated (1.72- to 50.49-fold) in CRC patients. This evidence concerns the gene RHAG and colorectal carcinoma.
