JUNB and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The current study also found that the presence of JUNB-positive CTCs and CXCR4-positive CTCs in NSCLC patients were correlated with shorter PFS (Kaplan–Meier, Log Rank, p = 0.041, HR = 3.22, Cox regression: p = 0.028, HR = 1.62, and Kaplan–Meier, Log Rank, p = 0.007, HR = 5.21, Cox regression: p = 0.017, HR = 1.66, respectively) and OS (Cox regression: p = 0.01, HR = 1.91, and Cox regression: p = 0.011, HR = 2.16 respectively), reflecting the importance of both biomarkers in clinical practice.
