Additionally, the detection of at least ≥2 (CK+/JUNB+/CXCR4+)-CTCs was correlated to decreased OS (Kaplan–Meier, Log Rank, p < 0.001, HR = 2.16) compared to NSCLC patients with ≤1 (0.7 months with range 0–1.3 vs. 9 months with range 6.7–11.3) (Figure 3d).
