We investigated the frequency and type of CA in three human B-ALL cell lines and one mouse B-ALL cell line (Supplementary Table S2) using immunofluorescence to stain different components of the centrosome, including the centriole (centriolar coiled coil protein 110 (CP110)), pericentriolar material (γ-tubulin)) and emanating microtubules (β-tubulin) (Figure 1a), in both interphase (i) and mitotic (m) cells. Here, CCP110 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
