GH1 and craniopharyngioma: A 2017 meta-analysis of 3487 patients with craniopharyngioma showed that the recurrence rate of the latter was significantly lower in children supplemented with growth hormone (10.9%; 95% CI: 9.8–12.1%) compared to children without supplementation (35.2%; 95% CI: 23.1–49.6%) [38].
