Next, based on the amount of partner genes expressed in bone marrow, their relevance to the pathogenesis of leukemia, and whether the promoter region is preserved, five possible fusion genes were selected for WGS verification: PSPC1::ZMYM2 (deletion), SH2B3::ATXN2(deletion), LMNB1::PPP2R2B (deletion), CWH43::TPTE and TMEM272::KDM4B (inter-chromosomal translocation).
