EZH1 and periodontitis: The KEGG analysis revealed that genes co-expressed with EZH1 were closely associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection (KEGG: hsa05169, Padjust = 9.93 × 10−7), lysosome (KEGG: hsa04142, Padjust = 9.93 × 10−7), and protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum (KEGG: hsa04141, Padjust = 9.93 × 10−7), all of which are associated with periodontitis (Figure 5d, Table S7).
