TP53 and pulmonary arterial hypertension: Moreover, several metabolic processes, including “Amino sugar and nucleotide sugar metabolism”, “Alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism”, “Glycine, serine and threonine metabolism” and “NF-kappa B signaling pathway”, “p53 signaling pathway”, were enriched, which may be involved in the process of hypoxia-induced pulmonary arterial hypertension (Table 7).
