As shown in Table 1, ASB2 was found to enhance endometrial cancer sensitivity to denileukin, diftitox, ontak, dabrafenib, vemurafenib, encorafenib, selumetinib, ARRY-162, vorinostat, cobimetinib (isomer 1), and imiquimod and to reduce its sensitivity to acetalax, umbralisib, bisacodyl (active ingredient of Viraplex), and floxuridine; UBE2S was found to enhance endometrial cancer sensitivity to floxuridine, cisplatin, gemcitabine, carboplatin, and bleomycin and to reduce its sensitivity to palbociclib, cobimetinib (isomer 1), and selumetinib (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene UBE2S and endometrial cancer.
