ASB2 and endometrial cancer: As shown in Table 1, ASB2 was found to enhance endometrial cancer sensitivity to denileukin, diftitox, ontak, dabrafenib, vemurafenib, encorafenib, selumetinib, ARRY-162, vorinostat, cobimetinib (isomer 1), and imiquimod and to reduce its sensitivity to acetalax, umbralisib, bisacodyl (active ingredient of Viraplex), and floxuridine; UBE2S was found to enhance endometrial cancer sensitivity to floxuridine, cisplatin, gemcitabine, carboplatin, and bleomycin and to reduce its sensitivity to palbociclib, cobimetinib (isomer 1), and selumetinib (Table 2).
