Of these 557 NPC patients, Kaplan-Meier and log-rank test analyses indicated that high stromal PD-L2 expression was significantly associated with favorable overall survival (OS) (5-year survival rates, 73.3% vs. 60.1%, log-rank test, X2 = 10.006, P = 0.002, Figure 3C) and disease-free survival (DFS) (5-year survival rates, 67.5% vs. 53.4%, log-rank test, X2=9.502, P=0.001, Figure 3D) compared with low stromal PD-L2 expression.
