Unlike MAPK astroblastoma and many astrocytomas, which tend to be diffusely GFAP immunoreactive, EET MN1-BEND2 shows variable, but usually only focal GFAP immunoreactivity, but like ependymoma, when present tends to be positive in perivascular pseudorosettes [10, 68, 69].
