As shown in Fig. 3B, siRNA of Girdin effectively inhibited the protein expression of Cyclin D1, N-cadherin, MMP-2 in GC cells, and Girdin overexpression promoted the expression of Cyclin D1, N-cadherin, MMP-2 in GC cells (P < 0.01, Fig. 3C).
