Co-staining of KLF14 and IRP2 in tissue microarray of HCC patients demonstrated that about 64.44% samples with lower KLF14 expression exhibited stronger IRP2 staining, while approximately 62.22% specimens with higher KLF14 expression showed weaker IRP2 staining (Fig. 5G, H). The gene discussed is KLF14; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
