The RT-qPCR and WB results proved that silencing miR-1275 reduced the expression of stemness-related genes such as CD44, CD133, Nanog, OCT4, SOX2 and BMI1 in BC cells, while upregulating miR-1275 reduced the expression of these stem cell factors (Fig. 3c-d). This evidence concerns the gene POU5F1 and breast cancer.
