MKI67 and neoplasm: Consistent with the results of tumor growth, a significant increase in tumor weight was observed in KMT2B overexpression group compared to control group (0.71 ± 0.096 g vs. 0.52 ± 0.097 g, p = 0.0109), which was associated with markedly elevated Ki67 protein expression in KMT2B-overexpressing tumors (p < 0.05, Fig. 4D-E).
