Furthermore, KEGG enrichment analysis showed these co-expressed genes of IFITM1 mainly enriched in primary immunodeficiency, autoimmune thyroid disease, the intestinal immune network for IgA production, inflammatory bowel disease, Th17 cell differentiation, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and NF-kappa B signaling pathway (Figure 4D).
