KEGG pathway enrichment analysis suggested that some pathways closely related to cancer were enriched in the high-risk group, while some immune-related pathways (antigen processing and presentation, natural-killer-cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and T-cell receptor signaling pathway), Janus kinase (JAK)-signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) signaling pathway, mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, and the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling pathway were enriched in the low-risk group. This evidence concerns the gene WNK2 and cancer.
