Interestingly, we found that the key immune checkpoints PD-1, CTLA4, PD-L1 and PD-L2 all present a high level in patients with higher MYBL1 expression, indicating that MYBL1 might affect the immunotherapy response of ccRCC patients (Figures 3M–P). This evidence concerns the gene MYBL1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
