The results showed that age (OR=1.04, 95%CI 1.015-1.062, P=0.001), TyG index (OR=2.98, 95%CI 1.954-4.535, P<0.001), HS-CRP (OR=1.40, 95%CI 1.095-1.792, P=0.007), SUA (OR=1.01, 95%CI 1.001-1.006, P=0.002), Alb (OR=0.93, 95%CI 0.871-0.985, P=0.015), eGFR (OR=0.95, 95%CI 0.938-0.970, P<0.001) and Male (OR=1.88, 95%CI 1.114-3.038, P=0.013), these were the risk factors for early renal impairment in patients with hypertension (P<0.05, see Table 6).
