In 1977, Lundberg and Mitchell [20] described a patient with a germinal tumor (pure seminoma), severe warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia caused by IgG antibodies, and type I cryoglobulins (monoclonal IgM-kappa) without data of the classical cryoglobulinemia syndrome. The gene discussed is CD40LG; the disease is autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
