In this work, we investigated in vivo the effects of KCa3.1 channels inhibition with TRAM-34 1-[(2-chlorophenyl)diphenylmethyl]-1H-pyrazole on the morphological shift of TAMs at the late stage of glioma growth (Wulff et al., 2000; Brown et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene KCNN4 and glioma.
