This study found that CMTM6 is related to the expression of CD4+ in cervical cancer, probably by affecting the level of Th1/Th2 cytokines secreted by cells, which was specifically manifested in the increase of Th1 cells by interfering with the expression of CMTM6, and the increase of Th2 cells after overexpression of CMTM6. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and cervical cancer.
