Variants of uncertain significance (VUS) were found in 17 cases (eight resuscitated and nine dead) in genes associated with HCM or dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), such as TTN, TNNT2, MYH6, DSP, ACTN2, CALR3, and MYH7. This evidence concerns the gene TTN and familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
