As a matter of fact, we noticed that the miR-455-5p overexpression resulted in either minor or no effect on cisplatin sensitivity in low PD-L1 expressing cells, thus highlighting the role of PD-L1 as a central mediator of the miR-455-5p activity in the context of drug resistance in NSCLC. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
