The ceRNA network constructed considering the mRNAs with the greatest impact on mean overall survival of patients with GAC showed that hsa_circ_0002019 and hsa_circ_0074736 compete with four of the most important genes (SLITRK2, ERBB4, GUCY1A2, PRTG) associated with gastric cancer survival for 12 miRNA and thus can potentially regulate the expression of these four genes at the post-transcriptional level. Here, GUCY1A2 is linked to gastric cancer.
