CD8A and neoplasm: Compared with 93 adjacent normal samples, we observed that the infiltration fraction of Dendritic cell and Neutrophil in 1,068 GIAC tumors were significantly elevated, while that of B cell, CD8 T cell and macrophage were relatively decreased (Figure 1A, Supplementary Tables 7–9), suggesting the formation of a complex and differentiated tumor immune microenvironment during the progression process from normal tissue to tumor.
